FEATURES OF SOFTWARE AND PROGRAMS
Erna Sterilizers have all the standard sterilization and testing programs. such as; wrapped instruments, unwrapped instruments, container, textile and glass material sterilization programs. Additionally, Bowie&Dick Testing and also Vacuum Leak Testing program. It is possible to customize programs according to the requirement of the user.
DOCUMENTATION
The recorder can be an integrated printer or it can be stand alone printer link to a PC that is connected to the sterilizer through the PLC. It is possible to record all the sterilization parameters and also the date and time of the sterilization, periodically.
Erna sterilizers have the archive program for the purpose of validation applications. The date, time, name of the user, lot number of the containers or the packages etc, of the sterilization process can be stored for 5 years period in case of necessity these data can be searched, sorted and printed out by the user. Bar-coding applications can be realized as well.
AUTOMATIC COMMAND AND CONTROL
The automatic unit that is the PLC, commands and controls all the sterilization process and parameters with an industrial type of microprocessor. It is possible to be connected to the network through the PLC. It has the international standards and approvals with its high quality.
AUTOMATIC COMMAND AND CONTROL DISPLAY
Different types of display can be used in the system, in order to get automatic command and control. The display can be LCD with soft-key (membrane keyboard) buttons or LCD with touch screen display or it can be even a graphical LCD display. All types of display have also the international standards with its high quality.
PRINTER
The printer is heat and humidity resistant, it records all the sterilization process and parameters. The printer is a panel type printer and can be assembled easily to the sterilizer.
ELECTRICALLY HEATED STEAM GENERATOR
The steam generator is designed to supply the necessary saturated steam for the sterilizer. The generator can be an independent unit with all types of its control features. But it can be used as an integrated (combined) unit of the sterilizer, too it is made of AISI 316 L stainless steel material with heat isolation. For safety reasons two different types of pressure control components control the pressure of the steam generator.

ETHYLENOXIDE GAS STERILIZERS

Erna Etilenoksit Gas Sterilizers are built for secure sterilizing of equipment which are sensitive to high temperature sterilizing procedures. System works with standard etyhylenoxide – carbondiokside gas mixture tubes. Both positive and negative pressure processing systems can be used according to user requirements.

CONTROL PANEL
Automatic and manual control choices. All sterilization progress and parameters can be observed from the display. Pressure and vacuum levels can be checked from the manometers placed on front panel of the sterilizators.
AUTOMATIC COMMAND CONTROL UNITS
Automatic unit, commands and controls all the sterilization progress and parameters with an industrial type microprocessor. Microprocessor has the international quality and system certificates earned by its high quality.

SOFTWARE and PROGRAM SPECIFICATIONS
Erna Gas Sterilizers have the main the main sterilization and test program according to international standards. Both Erna V0.8 (standard software) and Erna V1.2 (optional software) have standard programs, test programs and user-defined programs. Program specifications and numbers can be adjusted as options.
STERILIZATION CHAMBER and CONSTRUCTION
Sterilization Chamber has double membrane both made of 6 mm thickness of AISI 316 Ti quality stainless steel. To prevent heat loss inside, sterilization chamber is isolated and covered with aluminium folio coated fibres. Construction of the sterilizer is made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel. Thanks to hot water circulation system temperature is stabilized and homogenized in side the sterilization chamber.
NEUTRALIZATION SYSTEM and VENTILATION UNIT
Sterilizing gas is neutralized through the neutralization unit and drained after process. Thanks to ventilation system of cabin, no waste gas remains on the sterilized equipments.
